  • Classroom Field Trips

Volunteer Reminder

All volunteers must have:

  • Annual Volunteer Registration form complete online through your MyCBE Account
  • A Police Check within 5 years with a Vulnerable Sector Check

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Karen Taylor at the main office.

Absences

We ask that you notify the school office as your first point of contact at 403-777-6230 ext. 1. You may also inform the classroom teacher if you would like, as this helps keep everyone informed.

Dogs on School Property

In accordance with the City of Calgary Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw and CBE Administrative Regulation AR 6004 – Animals in Schools, dogs are not permitted on school property, including playgrounds and fields. The only exceptions are approved service animals or animals authorized for specific educational purposes. Thank you for your cooperation in helping keep our school community safe and welcoming for everyone.

Weather Update

With the warmer temperatures (which we are enjoying!), there are some slippery conditions on our school field and compound. Please take care when walking and remember to walk like a penguin on icy surfaces!

School Update | School Development Plan (SDP)

Each year, our school prepares a development plan with input from teachers, school staff, students, and parents. We review many sources of data, including report cards, provincial achievement test results and school surveys. Based on this information, we create our plan identifying targeted areas for growth. Our school development plan is not meant to represent all the work that takes place in our school, but rather it focuses on specific areas for improvement.
