This is the last event that we’ll need volunteers for this school year. Sports Day is a great event, made even more fun when we have a full complement of Rosemont volunteers. If you can help the morning of June 23, please sign up at the link below. We need lots of volunteers!

Library Book Returns

All school library books need to be returned. This helps us avoid placing missed book fees on student accounts and ensures our library is ready for next year. Thank you for your support! 

Medication Stored in the School Office

If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Thursday, June 26, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 27 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.

Lost & Found Items

Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Tuesday, June 24. Any items remaining will be donated.

Family Fun Lunch Picnic – June 25 | 12:30–1:10 PM

We’re excited to invite the entire school community to our Family Fun Lunch Picnic on Tuesday, June 25 from 12:30 to 1:10 PM. Join us outside for a relaxed and joyful lunch with students, families, and staff. Lunches can be ordered in advance through Healthy Hunger, or feel free to bring your own picnic lunch. Kindergarten students are welcome to attend, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

IMPORTANT! Transportation Registration for the 2025-2025 School Year

Yellow school bus service levels and proposed fees for the 2025-2026 school year have now been posted. The cost will be $360/student or $180 for kindergarten students.

What you need to know:

• Registration is available by logging into your MyCBE parent account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tile.
• Families must register by Sunday, June 22 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.
• Transportation will continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.

We encourage all families to register by the deadline if they think they will use yellow school bus transportation this fall. You can cancel before the end of September with no financial penalty. More Information: Register Now for Yellow School Bus Service

Rosemont School has partnered with Pedalheads Camps and Programs to offer a Promo Code that allows for families to book any Pedalheads camps or programs for $25 off - all while fundraising for our school! With the code ROSEMONT25, you will automatically receive $25 off your camp or program and that same amount will be kindly donated by Pedalheads to Rosemont School Fundraising Society! 

All Sport One Day – Saturday, June 21

All Sport One Day provides youth the opportunity to try up to 4 different sports for free at locations across Calgary.
