Grade 6 Celebration
We will be having a Grade 6 celebration assembly on Wednesday, June 26 at 10:30 in our school gym. Grade 6 parents you are invited to join us! Please be sure to see the email from your child’s teacher for more information.

Sports Day – June 27 – Volunteers Needed 9:10-12:00
On our last school day with students, we will have a whole school sports day for most of the morning (since it is early dismissal at 1:10). This is also a fun filled day, which will end with a whole school popsicle snack.
For this event to be successful, we need the help of our lovely parent volunteers.

Year-End Online Report Cards
Online report cards will be enabled for viewing from June 26, 2024, to July 26, 2023. During this window, parents/legal guardians are welcome to view report cards online via their MyCBE parent account. Report cards will NOT be printed off and sent home. For best access to information, log in to the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App.
Medication Stored in the School Office
If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Friday, June 28, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 28 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.
June 24, 2024 – Family Fun Lunch – Pique Nique en Blanc
At Rosemont we are always looking to tie events into memorable learning experiences that expand our exposure to world events and support our UNESCO focus. The Family Fun Lunch is another opportunity to tie in social studies concepts related to
Francophone culture. We are borrowing the idea of Francois Pasquier, inventor of the Diner en Blanc. He created the event to gather people in the spirit of friendship; catching up with one another and enjoying good food. People gather in a public space for a meal, entirely dressed in white. We are going to harness that concept and are asking you to help to put more ‘fun’ into the lunch by dressing in white. Photos on our green grass will be amazing!
Lost & Found Items
Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Tuesday, June 25. Parents may quickly visit after school to have a look as well. Any items remaining will be donated.
Last Day of School
We just wanted to send out a reminder that the last day of school is on June 27th is an early dismissal day for the ALL schools. It is on our school calendar and indicated in last year's school declaration. Dismissal time is 1:10.
