A special thank you goes to the parents and guardians who consistently attend our School Council meetings. Your dedication benefits the entire school community, ensuring that field trips and school-wide residencies are fully funded at no cost to families.
Please mark your calendars for our first meeting of the year, which will take place on September 16, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the school. We look forward to seeing you there!
Family Fun Lunch Picnic – June 25 | 12:30–1:10 PM
We’re excited to invite the entire school community to our Family Fun Lunch Picnic on Wednesday, June 25 from 12:30 to 1:10 PM. Join us outside for a relaxed and joyful lunch with students, families, and staff. Lunches can be ordered in advance through Healthy Hunger, or feel free to bring your own picnic lunch. Kindergarten students are welcome to attend, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Medication Stored in the School Office
If you have provided us with medication for your child, please drop by the office anytime between now and Thursday, June 26, to pick it up. We are unable to send medication home with your child, no matter what their age/grade. Any medication not picked up by June 27 can be picked up in late August or September when the school office reopens.
Lost & Found Items
Please be sure to ask your child to check the lost and found for any missing items by Tuesday, June 24. Any items remaining will be donated.
Report Cards | June 25 – July 25
Families will be able to view online student report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 from June 25 – July 25, 2025. Report cards for the 2024-25 school year may be viewed, downloaded and/or printed.
Parents and Guardians can sign in to MyCBE to view student information, including report cards, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades, and attendance information. For best access to information, log in to the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App.
IMPORTANT! Transportation Registration for the 2025-2025 School Year
Yellow school bus service levels and proposed fees for the 2025-2026 school year have now been posted. The cost will be $360/student or $180 for kindergarten students.
What you need to know:
- Registration is available by logging into your MyCBE parent account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tile.
- Families must register by Sunday, June 22 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.
- Transportation will continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.
We encourage all families to register by the deadline if they think they will use yellow school bus transportation this fall. You can cancel before the end of September with no financial penalty. More Information: Register Now for Yellow School Bus Service
Bridges Specialized Program | Transportation Reminder
As we plan for the next school year, we want to remind families with children registered in the Bridges Specialized Program to register for specialized transportation for the 2025-2026 school year. To ensure a smooth start, please register for transportation services through your MyCBE account. Reminder to note any medical concerns or allergies that transportation should be aware of.
Steps to Register for Transportation:
- Log in to your MyCBE account
- Click on "Fees, Waivers, and Service Registration"
- Select your child's name
- Click on the "Transportation Forms 2025-26" tab (might still say 2024-25)
- Open, fill in, and submit the form
If you experience any issues with the online process, do not hesitate to call us for assistance. Also, please keep us informed of any address changes that may impact transportation for the fall.

All Sport One Day
Saturday, June 21 & Saturday, August 16 from 9:30am to 3pm
All Sport One Day provides youth the opportunity to try up to 4 different sports for free at locations across Calgary.
