Parent Teacher Conferences
Conferences will take place on October 24 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm and on October 25 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The School Conference Booking system will be open for parents to book a 15-minute one-on-one time slot beginning October 17 at 9 am and will close on October 24 at noon. Please access the booking system via your MyCBE account. Feel free to contact the office at 403-777-6230 ext. 0 if you require any assistance.
Lunch Supervision Fee
This is a reminder that all students in Grades 1 – 6 who eat their lunch at school are charged a Lunch Supervision Fee of $305 annually ($30.50 monthly). Please ensure that you register your child for this service by logging in to your MyCBE account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers, and Service Registration (green) tile. Income tax receipts are issued for Lunch Supervision Fees that may be included as childcare expenses for income tax purposes.
Rosemont’s Pumpkin Patch
If your family has carved or decorated a pumpkin at home and would like to share it with the school community, you can bring it to the naturalization space (front of the school) between 8:50-9:05 am on October 31.
Reminder that there is no supervision until 9:05, so you are responsible for your child before then. The classes will do a gallery walk through the pumpkin patch throughout the day and appreciate all the unique designs and participate in fun learning tasks.
Please pick up your pumpkins at the end of the day!
Annual Online Forms - Please Complete As Soon As Possible
Thank you to those families who have already completed/returned these forms. To those who have not, Alberta Education dictates that parents / legal guardians must complete or review and update several forms each year, which include:
- Demographic Verification form - 2024-25 – This form includes your child’s personal information as well as parent / legal guardian contact information.
- Annual Authorization form - 2024-25 – This form provides consent for school and district use of personal information.
- Citizenship Information Update form - 2024-25 – This form becomes available if you change your child’s citizenship information on the Demographic Verification form.
To complete these forms:

3 | Select the form
4 | Complete or review and update the form
5 | Click on Submit to send the form electronically to the school

Rosemont Family Volunteer Sign Up Sheet
Family involvement within the school is necessary to help support our teachers, students, and to maintain the culture we have at Rosemont. This can include assisting in the classroom, going on a field trip or participating in fundraising activities throughout the year.
If you are interested in giving time to the school, in any capacity, please complete this form as soon as possible with the following information.
Please note that volunteers are required to have a current police information check to volunteer for school activities and in the classroom. Further information about obtaining volunteer clearance can be found at the end of this form.

Our next School Council Meeting is Tuesday, October 15, at 6:00 pm, at Rosemont School. All parent(s)/guardian(s) of students attending Rosemont School are welcome to attend!
