Scooter/Bike Important Update

We would like to remind everyone that for the safety of all students, riding bikes, skateboards and scooters on school grounds during school hours is not permitted. This policy helps prevent accidents and ensures a safe environment for everyone during school hours as they arrive and leave at the end of the day.

Please encourage your child to walk their bike or scooter once they reach the school premises (bottom of the hill). We appreciate your support in reinforcing this important safety measure.

Due to the overwhelming number of scooters in our hallways, we are asking that if your child rides their scooter to school, please provide your child with a tire lock so that they can lock it up at the bike locks at the front of the school.

Toys, Objects, Stickers, Plastic Ducks, etc.

Reminder: Toys, personal objects, and other non-school items need to stay at home and not be brought to school. This helps us maintain a focused learning environment and prevents any distractions or mix-ups. Thank you for your cooperation!

Utensils

This is a friendly reminder to please send utensils with your child for school lunches. Having their own forks, spoons, and knives will help ensure they can enjoy their meals comfortably. We do not have any utensils to share at the office.

Terry Fox

We will be leaving the school at 9:30am to walk down to Confederation Park. We will meet in the field beside the Rosemont Community Centre at 9:45am. We will begin running around the park at that time.

How to get involved:

Toonies for Terry: Send in Toonies for Terry. Teachers will be collecting cash monies for the Terry Fox Foundation from now until the Sept. 26.
